  • Commercial General Liability $1M per occurrence/$2M general aggregate or better

  • Business Auto Liability (motor fleet) $1M per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage combined

  • Workers Compensation and Employers Liability $100,000 per occurrence

  • Cargo Legal Liability $25,000 per loss

  • Commercial Auto filings- BMC-91X or
    Commercial Auto endorsements- MCS-90

More Specific Details

  • All policies need to have at least 30 days’ notice of cancellation to Amazon

  • Amazon must be named as Additional Insured

  • Policies must all be written on an Occurrence basis

  • Insurance company must provide waiver of subrogation against Amazon and AI’s

  • Coverage must be primary and noncontributory

  • To start your application, you will provide your basic information, once we received your request you will be emailed a full application, fleet vehicle template, and a driver listing template. You will also need to submit Loss Runs, MVR Reports and eMentor Driving Reports.
  • We will communicate with you if there are any questions, items to clarify, or any missing information.
  • Our average quote time is 5-7 business days. All quotes are valid for 30 Calendar days from the quote date.
  • We will review and provide you with a no obligation proposal.
  • Upon completion we will issue your policy, provide you with ID cards and Certificates of Insurance and send them to respective authorities.
  • The insurance company will make all necessary filings on your behalf.
  • The Business Auto, GL & Cargo policies are issued with a small down payment and bill automatic funds transfer each month.
